Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training (5-Day Training Programme in KL)
PROGRAM OUTLINE The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training combines training with simulation exercises to give participants the opportunity to follow a structured improvement methodology. Using the DMAIC model, it develops participants to be effective problem solvers, and to deliver rapid and significant improvements with greater process speed and higher quality. Participants will learn the tools on how to reduced process wastes and variation. Our program prepares the participants to solve problems over various industries, such as service, manufacturing, finance, telecommunication and etc. Our focus is to transfer the skills to the participants so that they can solve process problems and improve performance effectively.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES Upon completion of program, the participant will be able to: * Properly define, scope project and lead Lean Six Sigma projects. * Simultaneously improve both quality and speed by combining Lean with Six Sigma * Understand the key Lean Six Sigma concepts. * Improve processes by systematically deploying the structured Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. * Conduct effective process mapping and analysis, covering key process mapping tools such as value stream mapping, cross functional process map, value and mistake proofing analyses. * Apply Lean concepts to recognize and eliminate waste. * Incorporate a comprehensive set of quality tools to problem solving * Apply statistical analysis to identify causal relationship, reduce process time and variation. * Apply statistical process control (SPC) and visual process management to monitor and control processes. * Use statistical software to enhance data analysis. * Complete project and replicate good practices throughout organization.
DELIVERY METHODOLOGY: Our program is conducted using the Action Learning Methodology (ALM). The (ALM) focuses on transferring the skills from trainer to participants through learning activities/exercises, simulation, and project examples. Emphasis is on acquiring skills through "live" applications of concepts and tools when training is being held.
